OFFICE MANAGER (7-MONTH CONTRACT)

Become Outport Realty’s Office Manager, supporting a growing team of real estate agents.  This is a remote (work from home) position for 30 hours/week. The hourly pay is $17.5/hour and applicants must reside in Central Newfoundland. This is a 7-month contract with the possibility of becoming a full time position. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify all documentation submitted by Realtor’s pertaining to real estate sales
  • Manage timelines and deliverables relating to real estate sales contracts
  • Manage social media channels and support Realtor’s with their social media activities.
  • Work with Broker to establish Realtor marketing plans and manage marketing budgets
  • Bookkeeping, and other financial management related tasks
  • Work with Web Designer to manage website, including ensuring accuracy of listings & overall user-experience
  • Manage lockbox inventory
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Provide administrative support to Realtor’s as needed
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Computer literacy (Experience with Excel considered an asset) 
  • Basic bookkeeping (Experience with Quickbooks considered an asset)
  • Social Media management
  • Budget preparation and management
